Just be prepared with lots of baht with you...this soi can be pretty expensive, definitely not for the faint wallets.
I know the owner pretty well... maybe I can snowjob him about what an influential bunch of drunks this is and get him to extend happy hour prices or give us a RT discount....

Well so much for my negotiating skills and influence BK... I couldn't get Gow to offer a straightforward discount, but as you noted the "happy hour" runs thru to 10pm. Standard beer pricing is 80 baht.
He will "dedicate" the basement lounge to the RT, and that means pretty much any sort of debauchery will be permitted.  No censorship, as it were....
We are welcome to bring our own ladies, and/or any of the employees at 33 or 55 can join the party "on invitation" (no barfine). That could help make things interesting.
He will probably also offer free/discounted snacks and finger food from the kitchen. BYOB price = 1K/bottle.
Most of the elements of a memorable RT... but maybe not the cheapest venue.
