Executive Lounge and Crown Royal are too small (read narrow/tight) for good RT circulation. Cosmos is probably the best atmosphere, but will be jammed with the Rotary crowd on Friday (per BK). Crystal is in decline... smells like a bog and feels like a morgue. Patpong Cafe next door would work... also quiet but very friendly with enough room to move around. Beer is 80b and happy hour runs to 9pm. No problem spotting RT attendees.
Muzik might be an interesting venue... quiet at 6 but damn lively by 9 with live music. Open air though...

Good point TU... there are a couple at Crown that meet the spec, but I'm not so sure about the other "lounge" venues on PP2. Of course we could always import them...

Where is the RT going to be? Hung out at GT first three nights in town (13 thru 15) nobody around. The Conrad blocks access to BKKT on inhouse PC. So have been away from forum for awhile. Anyway in Phuket now and will be back for RT friday.
