The correct amount newbies should consider spending a day is 6000 -9000 bangkok and 4500 to 7500 pattaya, deduct 2000 of each as a possible expenture on budget. Any less than 2500 a day in even pattaya means its f_cked. Bangkok 4000. truth. So save wait, and enjoy.

Last couple years seems I have been finding more girls trying to push the prices.
I was at a go go in pattaya. Gave a dancer on stage a 20 baht tip. She got off the stage gave it back and said she wouldn't take anything less than 100 baht tip. If I couldn't affford it maybe I should go to another bar. Another girl at that bar wanted 5000 baht LT. I told her 1000. She countered with 3500. When I told her 2000 plus a good tip if she was good she got up and walked away. I have seen go go girls there with wads of 100 baht notes from the tour buses of asian tourists.
I will be back in LOS soon. See if they are singing the same tune they were in Feb. I'll bet not.

First, the occasional free spender keeps many bars in business and girls available because they (we) are subsidizing your cheap pussy. If every punter bought only one beer and insisted on the minimum price the market would be much smaller.
Second, the size of the market is dynamic. If there are more of us willing to pay higher rates then there will be more girls (and higher quality girls) coming into the business. The average price might go up slightly, but given the higher volume there will still be plenty of cheap pussy left for you.
This is an interesting argument.
Finally, the whole "good sense" vs. "money" choice is ridiculous. If you have enough money it is definitely not "good sense" to spend extra time and effort in trying to save a few pennies. Those who think so are apparently both stupid and poor.
Yes and no. I liken this to discussions of purchasing an expensive item - say, a house. It's common to hear "oh, but that extra $3,000 will only add a DOLLAR onto the monthly payment." But the monthly payment can kiss my ass. I think in terms of the absolute dollar figure - do I want to spend it or not? (part of this has to do with my aversion to debt)
Or in this case, do I want to "waste" the money by spending it on something that should cost less. It's an economic decision, of course. Would you spend time to save money, or spend money to save time? My time is generally not worth very much, so I try to aggregate money. I comparison shop on nearly everything. And yes, I sweat a nickel when I'm buying pasta. Because it gets to me.
And I wouldn't consider myself poor.
