I have fallen into the same loop.
April 2004 1st Trip 5 days.
July 2004 Second Trip 10 days.
August 2004 3rd Trip 14 days.
October 2004 4th trip 24 days
Scouring Employment websites for any Asian employment withinin 3 hours of BKK.
We got the fever and there is no cure other than tequilla and a TG.

Down to a 2 digit wait, AKA only 99 days to go. Already working on setting up the trip after that.
The plan for Jan is to visit Chiang Mai for my first time. Have my suite at the JW for the 15th, Two biz tickets to CM on the 16th, a suite at the westin, return to BKK and the JW on the 21st, fly back home on the 24th.
Yes, I will try to take MyFav on this trip also.

Nope Econ Plus, I would rather spend on Nice hotels, and Hot TG then on a plane ride. I am going for Biz on the trip after that, I want to only fly east. I'll start in PHL east to FRA, FRA east to BKK, BKK east to NRT, NRT east to SFO, SFO east to PHL. I may go back in time like Superman in Superman II!

It's the only way to get the most out of my limited time off. If I use 7 vacation days + 4 weekend days + 1 national holiday = 12 Days. By flying out after work on the 30th on the PHL-FRA-BKK leg I only lose one day going out, and with the return BKK-NRT-SFO-PHL I can party until 5am of the day I return. Min-Max my LOS time!

When I was a freshman in HS (High School) I was taking IBM 360/370 and Moto 8602 at the local Uni in the summer, what a geek. I never liked writing code, but it does give you a good understanding how a computer works. ZAP = Zero and add packed decimal, got to love that stuff, two pages of code to do what two lines can do in VB, PASCAL, FORTRAN, C...
