how many will be produced?,a test run at first of say 50?.
and then more made as more people want them?.
and should there be a limit of 1 per person at the beginning?.
after all there seems to be quite a few people who want one,and if seems a bit unfair to me if the 1st 50 are taken by say 30 people.
i will also would have to have one on mail order if i am lucky enough to get one.

The size is a tough question - if XXL is not huge, I would probably vote on L, XL, XLL.
The loose, sloppy look seems to be in these days.....
If the shirts are available before Jan. 8, I will volunteer to take the USA consignment home with me and mail them from LA. Probably save on the shipping charges.
Put the proceeds into a fund at Gullivers that all t-shirt customers can tap for at least a couple of beers when they are in town.

If we are talking of XL European/US standard is ok, but be aware that the XL in Thailand is more like a L for us, the farangs! So, I suggest to go for a XXL...you may never know, after few weeks on beer & sticky rice, XL would not fit anymore!
Payments & shipment: how about showing a little trust and remit the payment of the shirt+shipping cost to BK account? Then RTB or BK could take care of the delivery by air mail........
