-A fixed or predetermined policy or mode of action.

Ultimately what y____ was referring to was that it doesn't matter how much caronte or anyone else was scammed - the intention on the part of the perp was there, no matter how much it was or whether the currency was in $US, pounds sterling, Euros, or Thai Baht.

This was my first and only reaction to the predicament of Caronte. Eventhough I might feel for him and others, I still stand by my earlier point of view.
I do not quote this to be bullied about this, just in the hope that exchanges like this are a past for BTF.

Unfortunately, some real information (i.e. company name) was mentioned, and that brought out more revealing things. Anyway, most of the stories in that thread, are 2nd or 3rd hand stories, how first hand experiences of scammer2? What was your experience? See this example in the Z.

If you want scammer #2, start on him. Write your own experience (s), not others. First hand experiences.

Ok I get it. So that means 2nd person information from private detectives are deemed with no credibility? With all due respect. Maybe PIs like thaiprivateye would go out of business very soon if that's the case. Sheesh I'll feedback to my Issarn boys about this. Maybe they should change their line and setup foodcarts or websites to scam people. 
What about your experience? Weren't you one of his victims? You could start one, and perhaps others who have been scammed by this same person will come up with their own stories.

Seeing as the other thread is now deleted. I would also just like to say again I was sorry for posting the company name, as I mentioned, I did not intend for that info to be released because I had posted it, my ignorance. Smegs, if anyone came to your front door and left brown sh_t filled burning paper bags and you stomped them out and got sh_t all over your boots, I am sorry. I will provide a free boot polishing at Big Dogs if you like.
Well, I just want to say, that I think Smegma is not a scammer and definitely not deserving of the scammer#1 tag. However, I think that he did not help things the way he procured business with his partner. He also did not help things at all with his non response and typical roundabout way of trying to deal with things. I was shown several emails from him to Caronte while he was overseas, he, right from the very beginning, did not seem to want to help and pass blame onto caronte.
I think Smegma is an honest person, I think he does not deserve to be branded a thief, scoundrel or scammer, as he did not seem to be the main perpetrator in any of this, but guilt through slight involvement and association, certainly.
As for the other stories, these involve a few other members who have been invited to comment directly, but seem unwilling, so that ends that. What surprised me most about the other little indiscretions were the small amounts and to the friends they were done to. If someone is going through a rough trot, fair enough, but no reason to do something no matter how small to friends and associates. Maybe it is just a hobby.
