Jumping Jack: What I said was in general and not intended to indict any one individual here. ÝI don't think that it was directed at you, but without rereading the first five pages of posts here I can't be sure. ÝIf I did have a huge problem with anyone I would have sent that person an e-mail, if possible. ÝBut my concern was more broadly that we should not treat someone different. ÝI am also concerned anytime we chase away someone who represents a differing point of view, unless they're dangerous/a pedophile, since we lose something that way. ÝI've made similar statements before when folks were flinging at someone here for being telling the honest truth, and I will again, newbie or not. ÝIt may be futile but it's the right thing to do. ÝI don't stick up against flaming of someone who is a horse's ass, since then they've typically brought it on themselves, although frankly I find flaming of any sort to usually be non-constructive.
Nokna: I didn't mean to pick on you, hence the winking smiley. ÝI'm disappointed if offense was actually taken, since you usually have a thicker skin. ÝBut perhaps you're just taking the piss and I'm being whooshed. Ý
Chompoo: I don't always agree with you, but your last two posts that I saw here were spot on. ÝEspecially the one about Nokna!
