When The Graduate was showing I looked enough like Dustin Hoffman (doesn't that date me - ouch) to cause regular comparisons.
One evening, while I was sitting at a table in a popular watering hole in the US waiting for friends, a cool hottie walked over.
She pointed at me and said "Dustin Hoffman", part statement, part question.
"OK, you got me. What's it to you?"
To which she countered with perhaps the greatest pickup line ever, "I'm Mrs. Robinson!"
I came back half-laughing with something like, "Sit down, we have a lot to talk about.
The start of a great "friendship"
