I have been a member since about 2003 and have been a serious contributor ever since I moved back to the states and many people talk about the hook ups they have gotten from this site and I just wanted to start a thread to place your thanks!!!!
I will start with gymcgovern...I recently went to Las Vegas for a sales conference and my car blew a gasket right on the mother f***in strip...I pulled into the venitien hotel and my bmw looked like the towers of 9/11...I felt like the beverly hillbillys.
anyway to make a long story short...I called a fellow BTF member that lives in vegas and we went out drinking/gambling etc and he hooked me up with his mechanic.
everyone knows that an honest mechanic is hard to come by...and even though I dropped well over a grand this guy was way cheaper than had I come in off the street.
my thanks go out to my doctor boy in vegas!!!!!!!!!!!
