Why should I upgrade???
For me, I can see the same things as I always could, so what is the the diffrent??

Believe it or not, nothing is really free. Someone is paying for something. For the past 5 years, when I had a gooood job, I paid for the hosting and contributed a lot of time maintaining the forum. If you were to put a value on it, it would be in the region of over US$100,000 (and that's at $25/hr, most of us make more than that I am sure).
Upgrading your membership would be one way of showing your gratitude. Thanks to all who have kindly donated generously, however, that stopped after a couple of months.
Anyway, I am currently working on some additional benefits for the paid members, e.g. Players Map, Monger's Phrase Guide, Discount at Eden Club, etc.
We all have our own businesses, such as bars, clubs, massage parlors, the forum is just another one.

Bono, I speak English, American, Canadian, etc plus some Vietnamese, Thai, throw in a bit of German,,,,, but I am only fluent in Australian 
The correction was meant in fun, in jest, I also correct my wifes errors andf appreciate eroors others correct of mine.
Also your "assumption" that I only speak English shows a narrow mind. May I ask why you ASS sumed that?

I generally dealt with contributing to the forum rather easily - most times after a successful trip where BTF information came in handy, I send BK a small donation, usually in the $20-$25 range.
It's unfortunate that the Paypal donation button has now (again) disappeared, removing that regular option, or I would already have sent my contribution for the last trip... (it used to be on the last 25, and on the "Why I support BTF" thread, or the donations page - now, it's all gone, which might explain the low number of donations
Personally, I feel even with the 'pay now' nature of the membership, there would have been no harm in leaving a donations button visible, especially for registered and legit members who may want to continue their contributions.
