I was thinking the same. And I think its more fun when you are with alot of friends that "hang with each other" on the day, and go out partying in the night.

IMO, if its Europe, Asia, South America etc...its better to travel alone.......when you want company hit a british pub and you will no doubt find local's with good advice...

Hey Alex,
Try the Round Tables at Toxic, there are always some BKK veterans around to have a beer with and share some insight on BKK.
Nothing wrong with hanging with a group while fishing for TG's. There are a lot of great expats in BKK to pal around with while your looking for your late night snack.
There is a schedule you can add yourself to as well as post in the "meeting members" section.
