As a relatively new member I thought I would introduce myself. I am a 46 yr. old attorney from USA. I have lived here on and off for almost 21/2 yrs. Ive been thru the TGF stuff and in fact I am on the verger of leaving her. I miss so many things from the states, speaking english and having a drink with a few guys who can do the same, polite people, contemparary bullshit unavoidable with thai women, normal guy shit. Og=f course, finding new thai twinkies!.. Interested in meeting similiar guys..

Foreignors are not permitted to practice law in Thailand. That said, of course, there are "foreign legal consultants" wink .. ..wink.... who function as attorneys-- with the requisite number of thais employed by the firm. Spacecowboy, welcome. Wonder if we have already met? You fit the bill for someone that I met a few months back (do you have a couple of choppers, by any chance?)

Dont practice law in LOS. Just have one client in the states that keeps me going. Sold my practice to live around the world, thinking about moving on from LOS. But, would like to meet up with those interested in a few drinks this week. Advise
