Condoms: went for the Magnums this time as I had a really tough time with condoms last time. Hoping a little more room will help
Nutrition bars: these came in handy on the plane after I reached the point where I couldn't look at let alone eat more plane food.
Digital camera: the same trusty olympus from the first trip
MiniDV camcorder Canon ZR-60: this is new, and I hope with the accessorie light to get soome good in-room video work done! I figure lighting in hotels can be difficult.
TG gifts: this is one of my favorite things to prepare for. I've got T-shirst from my work, various kinds of candy, great smelling lotions and other small items.
Small vibrator: Oh yes this is important. I didn't really use it too much on my first trip, but I remeber the reaction my first TG had when I put it between her legs... Priceless
Yes planning and gathering stuff for one of these trips is quite a joy...

Whoa there Humble! Magnum's nearly ruined my first trip. Maybe this won't apply to you, but for me, they are so thick that very little sensation got thru to my mind, and I ended up goin' limp nearly every time as a result. Damn! was that ever frustrating, not to mention embarrassing.
Might just wanna test em out some how before you go. I found several others that are roomy AND sensitive.

Good observation on the magnums skip, but I think my problem was a different sort. I just felt like the regular trojans I was wearing on my first trip were toooooo tight. But I haven't f***ed with these on yet, so you've got me thinking. Maybe I need to pick up a box or two of the regulars just in case. Can never have too many condoms right?
Truth be known, I really think that some of my discomfort and trouble cuming with the condoms on my first trip was just due to the "Holy Shit!" factor of a first time visitor. My body and brain were in shock! Still had a helluva good time with plenty of my seed spread around!
