I am not sure of the level of your reading abilities - BUT if you have seen the "TIME" Magazine issue dtd. 27th. October 2003 you will see one of those lousy, stinking Indians on the cover - namely Aishwara Rai.
No, I don't think that making it on the cover of "TIME" is such a great achievement ---
BUT, if you could read you would see in the article inside that Julia Roberts says that Aishwara Rai is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN in the world !!!!
(NOTE: Aishwara Rai was also a Miss World ).
"TIME" is not an Indian magazine, The author of the article is not an Indian & Julia Roberts is not an Indian - AND most of all none of them are racist. They can see true beauty for what it is.
