HOnestly? No, and knowing the Thai attitude, could even have the opposite than desired effect. Just thought that it would be owrth bouncing off you guys to see what you thought.
I mean I can liove with a 2.am closing (not happy about it - but can do it) but sooner than that will make life a lot more difficult

i have seen the names sent in and I notice no friends of mine who run Bars have signed.

The problem with this petition lies squarely in the wording:

Now, isn't this exactly what the gov't wants - in other words, if the 'Rif-Raf' will thus leave, Mission Accomplished?
The key here is not to threaten with loss of revenue (which we already established will not be felt on a national scale), but rather would be to use the concepts of 'face' against them - now, what outcome would cause them to lose face here? Too bad Burma doesn't have an inviting industry for tourists ("Burmese Kill 22 HIV-Positive Prostitutes With Cyanide Injection")
