I need some directions to the Thai Government building in Chang Wattana. The place where Thai's get passports and such legal documents.
Any help will be greatly apprectiated. Thank you in advance.

If you drive from the city towards the airport (Viphavadi Rangsit Road) Keep on the left side of the road after you pass the Miracle Grand Convention Center, otherwise you will have to use the Flyover and miss the turn.
You will have to turn left just before the Laksi Plaza which is a double building in a different style looks like a, well difficult to describe, just a more old European architecture style.
Once turned drive on for about 3km and the place you are looking for will be just be on your right. It's a low building looks like a small dome.

You might try out the office at Central Plaza on the 9th floor. I think that they do passports there, I know they do renuals there. It might save you some time in the city.
