A TG, friend of mine here in Canada has a birthday coming up this summer and I would like to surprise her  by bringing her sister here for a 2 or 3 week visit.
She has been in Canada for 3 years and due to working 3 jobs, an asshole X-husband and just enough money to live on she has not been back home to visit her family and speaks to them maybe once a month.
I need someone to call her sister in Bangkok and tell her of my plan. She does not speak english very well or I would call myself.
I know Canada has very tough immigration laws and it is VERY difficult to get a visa but with a bit of luck and a lot of homework I think I can pull it off. Has anyone had any luck with any of the visa services that guarantee approval?
