Anybody remember the RT of October 2003 ? It was either on the 17th. or 19th. - I am not sure which. BUT - I do remember that it was at that time that little baby "Nong" was found wrapped in plastic and dumped in a rubbish bin on Sukhumvit. One year later - and this Forum has rallied around to collect around B700,000 in order to help Orphans in various ways. And one year later - the mother who dumped that baby has been convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
