Flying in November, and exiting in December -- anyone have experience with NWA back to US, is it in the ticket now, or still keep that 500 in your wallet?

...not sure there is a "departure fare" included in your air fare or not. When you leave BKK airport there is no departure tax as was Don Muang. I tried to give away 500 bt, but there were no takers...

Paid it last December flying out of Suvarnabhumi --
I just called Northwest and they said it's included in the ticket now.
Hope they're right!

It's in the ticket. I've flown out twice this year and you can't even find anybody to give 500 baht to.
Well, I guess you could find SOMEBODY but you wouldn't be paying for an airport tax.
