Hi all,
Take the meter taxi. It's about 350B plus tip the driver. Dont make the mistake of sitting on the driver seat since they drive on the right side....lol. I bet that some have done that. The ride is about 30 mins w/o traffic. Nana Hotel is not that nice but right next to Nana Plaza which is nice hihi.

No, the driver sits on the right & they should drive on the left hand side of the road. 
This is no problem for me, I British...

I always have payed 650 baht for taxi airport to sukumvit. ( gues I am a dumb farang) Cheaper go to the airport, but usually I just use the hotel limo. I don't speak enough thai to get a regular taxi at 1 am when my flight arrives. I use the service there at the airport. I tell them the hotel and have them call it to tell them I have arrived. The tell the taxi driver in thai exactely where to go. I have also used private limo service paid for in advance. usually 900 to 1100 baht depending on service. I also have used hotel limo. They will have their limo pick you up for 650 -1100 baht depending on hotel.

I have allways paid arround 350-400 from airport inc tolls NP.
I however have the taxi driver try and turn me over a few times.... once even stopping at garage for me to fill his car up with fuel......
Just be strong and tell him you been to BKK many times
