The in flight services on EVA is bad. I know several EVA attaindants and they told me becasue of cost cutting, they have cut back on the number of flight attaindants serving a flight.
Don't know what you think about the safty of China. Anyhow, I met a couple really really cute Thai attaindants on flight between Taipei and BKK. EVA girls are pretty average.

I don't like EVA that much for some flight attendants can't communicate well in English (not all of them though) and Cathay Pacific is so so in term of service quality.
For sure, you should try Singapore Airline, they got the best looking attendants ever  and the best outfit too.

OK here is a good choice...I can fly Evergreen Deluxe on EVA or coach on Cathay Pacific. ÝBoth about the same price. ÝWhat do you think?? I could also fly Thai coach for less than both???

Service on most Asian airlines has dropped in quality over the past 8-10 years. ÝCathay markets itself as a premium airline with prices to match. ÝI guess they also trade on their safety record which is very good. ÝI always take Thai from HK down to BKK because its cheaper and has more flight options. ÝBut it's only a short flight so comfort concerns don't rank as high. ÝSingapore Airlines is good. Ý

Flew thai from BKK to singapore and return and found it very nice. Cute attendents, good sevice and a good aircraft. My friend couldn't make the flight (getting laid) and when we returned to the US he got a full refund.
