I have used http://www.saveflights.com several times for booking tickets ex Bangkok, while abroad. Never had a problem. They deliver free of charge at the Bangkok airport arrival or any BKK hotel. Never used for Manila though.

Mel Gibson, as for "why" to go there? I can't really believe I'm actually saying this, but I met this girl last year there, first on the internet, later in person, blah blah blah. She intrigues me; could it be the four-letter word? the one that starts with 'L'? Please help me... not ME, for god's sake!! I can't figure it out. Sure she's cute as can be, but more importantly, I think she is really a good person and the next part truly fascinates me... she seems to know exactly what to say and not to say and how to handle me. OH, another question about Bkk to the Philippines. How difficult is it to go from Clark AFB to the domestic terminal in Manila for a flight to Cebu? How long does it take? does one taxi? surely you can't fly from Clark to Cebu, right?

You really should go to the Philippines airlines website and then go to the package holiday section then go to SWINGAROUND package deals. They offer most places in PI at great rates
I recently went Bkk- Mnl - Bkk with 2 nights at Pan Pacific Hotel in Manila (single) including B/fast for
17,000 baht
Remember the Pan Pacific Hotel is about 5,000 baht per night

It is about a 2 hour ride from Clark to Domestic terminal in Manila, this is with a little traffic. Also, if you take PAL to Cebu, these flights take off from their terminal, NOT the domestic airport.
But check out http://www.flyseair.com or http://www.asianspirit.com and you should be able to build a connection Clark-Manila-Cebu or Clark-Caticlan-Cebu. This would save a ton of time and hassle, as you wouldn't have to drive into Manila.
