I know of a similar case. hands tied up, plastic bag over the head. the case was closed as "suicide". the guy was part owner of heidelberg restaurant at that time and apparently a heavy gambler.

ringthebells,

Sounds like he hadn't read the warning on the bag either ...

Just re-read most of this thread and the question occured to me, was the cost of transported the deceased by plane the same as that a (breathing) passenger pays? You'd think the least they could do is give the departed a bereavement fare. Hard to gather from the posts, but I guess they paid more than baggage but less than full fare?

Maybe they better start putting warnings on the plastic bags in LOS.

He ties his hands in front but doesn't pull the loose thus avoiding yet bringing both his hands close to each other while also making a tight knot. Thus he still has some hand movement. He puts the bag over his head and tights the plastic bag around his neck. Now quickly, he puts the loose end of the rope under his foot and pulls up, bringing his hands close together and tightening the knot. Now, whiles still strong and before suffocating, he jumps over his arms, bringing them to having them tied now behind his back.
See MrJoe also very plausible
