Well that was the travel agent from Honolulu Eva and she told me that the leg from Taipei to Bangkok is done. The Eva agent in LA told me that it is the Honolulu to Taipei leg that is done. So everyone in Hawaii flying post that date is screwed. Can't help what other people say now can we?

yes flights from HNL to Taipei will be discountinued after Sept.10
Taipei to BKK still running

Anakakin and BKKMaster,
My friend lives in Hawaii and says it is more expensive to fly to BKK than it is to fly from California. I guess we have lots more airlines and options. I will be visiting my friend in Hawaii and will get to fly EVA one time before they stop service. China Airlines definitely sucks and JAL is too cramped. Also UAL is very expensive. Aloha and hope to see you guys in BKK!

i prefer china airlines only because the arrive in bkk from HNL quick...asap ( I need luvin)
JAL arrives late in the evening and United, well forget them...unless it is on a family pass or free
if I go to las vegas next time
hit a jackpot
then for me, it is straight to BKK on EVA for sure
think i'll use the jedi mind trick on the EVA president and make him continue the HNL to BKK route!

 I agree about arriving asap, who wants to wait for the real fun and getting there so late (as on JAL) makes your options very thin. Actually I like JAL the best as the thai stewardess' keep my brain occupied for the flight  but their schedule really sucks. And UAL as you said forget about them. China it is.
