I do believe ccvvbb is right. The fastest way would be to get the Shangri-La helicopter service from the airport to Shangri-La hotel. Of course, for this you'd probably have to book a room at the Shangri-La and pay for the helicopter, but who cares about money when time is of the essence.
Then you can get on the BTS Skytrain at Shangri-La, it's very close to the Saphan Taksin station, take the train northbound up to Siam, change to an Onnut bound train, get off at Nana and voila! You'll have made it from the airport to Majestic Suites in about 30 minutes!
Then you can have a big laugh at the expense of the poor loser who just took a regular taxi meter from the airport to Majestic Suites, took the tollway, and still ended up spending 40-45 minutes on the trip

If money was no object, you could have the chopper warm on the pad when you got down. Pay out to get your bag off first, then a customs dude and immy-drone to fly with you or ride them along in the limo, plane to helicopter.
Or pull a cockpit invasion on your inbound, divert the flight, depressure the cabin, force the door and jump. Parachute to the roof of the hotel.
