I have been trying to book BKK via hong kong or narita, but I can't get a flight. Must be the songran rush. Any advice starting from yyz from april 13, 14, or 15th for 7 nights?

- Travel from eastern North America to BKK will take nearly 2 days.
- Songkran frenzy begins on the eve of that day, so April 12.

There are loads of flights from Toronto to Bangkok going through Hong Kong or Narita leaving April 13 or any of the 3 days earlier. I quickly checked on the below sites and there was availability and the price started at $1600.00Cdn. Play around with the dates for the best rate. A travel agent should be able to get you $1600 or under on Cathay Pacific which is a better choice than Air Canada.
