I was wondering if you have a positive personal experience with this company or not? After all, in a place like Cambodia, what you need most is logistical support and advice, and safe transportation. Also, a tour guide that knows all the important dos and don'ts.

I booked my trip through the travel agent at the Soi 7 Beer Garden entrance name???
Flight Bangkok, Seam Reap, PP, Bangkok.
Met at the airport by car driver transfered to Hotel which turned out to be a very overpriced guest house US$50, used the car/driver for 3 days at US$20 per day.
Flew to PP for 2 days Hotel was good at US$30 per day.
Took the overpriced guest house matter up with the agent on my return, her reply was the GH name included hotel so its a hotel. She did offer a discount on another trip, but once bitten twice shy!!
Suggest you try DT travel while in Bangkok Sukhumvit Soi18 opp Rembrandt Hotel, have used for Int air tickets and will try them for my next Cambodia trip.
They have a web site you will have to search as address is not to hand.

I have actually done that. I spent 2 weeks in BKK and felt bored so I went to Siam reap. Try the President tour.

The deal consist of air tranfer between BKK and Siam reap via Phon phen stopover. Met by driver and english speaking guide. A whole day tour the next day by same guide and hotel for 2 nights. the package reads 3days 2 nights but it is misleading cause when you arrive is actaully past noon and the 3rd. and last day due to flight schedule you must leave the hotel by 7:00 AM. Tour was good as a side trip. By the end of the temple visit, you are done with temples anyhow that if you missed the smaller ones is ok. If you want more details PM...
