I called NW airline but they don't know which terminal my plane will be arrive at.
Is the arrival terminal changed everytime? I thought arrival gate can be changed but not terminal.
Does anybody know?

You must think that BKK is some massive airport or something? It's just a small little airport compared to it's Asian neighbors' super-hubs, but that's it's charm. You really have no chance of getting lost there and meeting up with folks is not much worse than any other airport.

If someone is going to meet you at the airport, then they must wait in the arrivals hall, which is the same for both terminals.

If you are coming in international, you will be in terminal #2, domestic is #1. The gates might be different, but you still come out of customs in basically the same place. Just have them hold up a sign at the left hand end of the ternimal like everyone else, and you won't miss them. Like Popsecret said, it's a small ternimal.

International arrivals are Terminals One and Two. Domestic are Terminal One. (Yeah, I think T2 used to be exclusively International and T1 Domestic. Don't know when it changed, but it has...just spent several days tooing and froing, collecting xmas guests. Some flights T1, some T2. Guests walked 'straight through' and either emerged at T1 or T2 halls. Don't know if you can walk between them airside...) There are separate arrivals halls, but they're connected. Only takes a couple of minutes to walk between them. Might just be because of the xmas rush.

There are 3 passenger terminals at Don Muang; Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for International flights and the Domestic Terminal. Each has its own, separate arrivals and departures hall – it’s only a short walk between T1 and T2 but you could easily miss someone if you are waiting at the wrong arrivals hall. It is possible to walk from T1 and T2 airside…but make sure you check the boards to see what terminal your luggage carousel is located at.
NW normally arrives and departs from T2 but best to check the boards for any last minute changes.
Most TG international flights are in/out of T1.

You will arrive at term 2 -- just follow the crowd to immigration. take the stairs/escslrs down to get baggage, collect bags and customes is right there. Follow the hallway and you will come out in the meet/greet area.
