Wanna get to Spore next weekend, what is the cheaper deal right now? I dont want to fly Air Asia, too much trouble with delays, groups traveling and more shit like this. Any suggestions?

Backed by Quantas, new Airbus A318 planes, better baggage allowance than AirAsia, and I paid 2620, including taxes, for a round trip next month, but it may be more on the weekend with short notice.

Has AirAsia been having problems lately with delays, groups, etc? I flew them 5 times last summer without ever a problem and was planning on it again this June-July. Any info?

Today booked BKK - SIN to fly July 8 return July 11
a) Airasia : 4325 + 500 BKK airport tax = 4825 baht pax
b) Tiger : 91 Sin$ x 25 = 2275 + 500 BKK airport tax = 2775 baht pax
c) Jetstarasia : 4285 + 500 baht BKK airport tax = 4785 baht pax
Tiger new Airbuses, Airasia 20 year old Boeing.
Last four months flying the route 3 to 4 times a month.
First two months alternatively choosing Airasia and Tiger. Jetstar always higher price.
Airasia one flight on two delayed more than 30 minutes Tiger one on ten.
Last two months prior to booking with Tiger check price Airasia and Jetstar. Airasia seldom substantially competitve with Tiger especially given the expected service level on track record from old junk Air Asia.
