The EVA Airline Bangkok office, which they like you to call to re-confirm or change your flight cannot been reached by telephone easily. Waiting time is at least 15 minutes, if they like to pick up there telephone at last. Whilst the airline itself is supurb, there office in Bangkok is giving the worst of service I ever experienced, namely NOTHING AT ALL.

that reminds me of a story.... I saw a french WW2 rifle for sale inthe paper the other dayy.. the cation said "French WW2 infantry rifle for sale, never used"
anyways, the issue is more that you have bad karma. you know, the kind where you sit on a seat and the guy before you left a bugur for you to sit on..... or like when you take a shower before you f#ck a girl because she says you stink.... this is after you already took one....
Only French guy I ever got along with was a fag that used to sit in glory holes sucking the cum out of any guy that wanted it... now that is what I call putting a frenchman to work in a job that he can do well. Go knows they cant defend their own country......

Different day different luck
I had a funny problem with EVA....the tickets that were valid for a year basically faded, they were completely blank.
Spoke to a woman there and explained and she was fantastic. Did all the work to find out the info from the vendor in Europe.
Visited their offices on Rama 4 (near Tesco Lotus) and they were just excellent, no problems at all.
Vive La France...btw...ignore the mongs.

Recently, I have contacted both the EVA Air offices in London and Bangkok via telephone, and found both offices offering a superb level of service.
The staff in the Bangkok office really went out of their way to help me.
Great airline too...! 
Very very hot air stewardesses...

Funny thing, much like the complaints earlier in this thread about the ohter airline, I've also never been able to connect to JAL BKK office as well. I've tried several times (to switch dates on my open-ended JAL ticket) and never been successful at getting anyone to answer the phone. So I've relied on my travel agent in San Francisco to go make the date changes from their office.
Strange, because overall, I really enjoy flying JAL (though you have to go to the airport to get seat assignments).
