Sorry if this particular point has been raised and answered before.
Going to Cambodia in October. I'll need a tourist visa to get in. I know that I can get one once I get there but I'd rather no have the hassle.
So, how do I get one beforehand?

Get one before you leave your home country,, I assume you do not live in LOS.
I think it is around US$60.
I have to do the same thing if I want to go to Vietnam when on holidays.

I do live in LOS.
So, do I have to go the my own embassy here in BKK or at Cambodia's embassy here?

Go to the Cambodian embassy in BKK, take a couple of passport size photo`s with you and pay for the visa and off you go.

You have to send it in/drop it off as they paste a big Visa in your passport from memory. If you drop it in, shouldn't be any problem with it being lost in the mail. They may do it there and then for you - but expect you may have to leave it for a day or so.

You need 2 passport photo's as well as your $$. You will also need your flight details as well.
Hope that helps.....I hated the Visa line in PP...

It is probably just as easy to get it upon arriving Phnom Pehn if you are flying, 90% of the people do that. Bring two passport photos and $20-25 in US or Thai baht. Fill out the form in two minutes on the plane. Just my two cents.

As Colorado and Harry have said, it's just as easy if not easier to just do it at the airport, unless you think there maybe a problem with you getting a visa for some reason. Otherwise I highly recommend you just do it at the airport.
You probably are thinking that the airport is some big airport and it will take a long time. The airports is tiny in PP and it isn't a big deal time wise. You'll spend less time this way than getting a visa beforehand.

Actually guys...I will be travelling with Sirtitus and we will be flying into Siem Riep. Anyone with experience there? Are we just being anal trying to get it in advance?/ Is it basically hassle free to get it upon entry? Rumors are about that it MAY be a time consuming pain....
