I am trying to find a site or list of schedules for the good buses in Thailand that run between the main cities without stopping. One of my GIK's will not fly and wants to go by bus. For obvious reasons I want to go on a nice quick bus. Any help appreciated. Thanks

VIP express style bus is what you are after, they are a different colour I think but cannot remember.

all the big terminals have VIP busses and VIP VIP busses of course. the VIP VIP are smaller once and the VIP are aircond TV stuff. The normal once are with out air cond and not so nice seats.
Normally you not need to plane just go there and take one.

Havin' travelled several times by bus in Thaliand I'd say that it might be better (where possible) to travel by train unless your GIK (that's a f*** buddy that makes no demands right?) has a problem with those as well.
Them bus drivers are a weird bunch who (I'm lead to believe) are not averse to popin' the odd Yahbah swilled down with a bottle or three of Lipo, just to help them keep awake!

PS: Travellin' by train (even in LOS) is more civilised IMHO and they don't often play blarin' VDOs on them, neither!
