Try Finnair, it was the cheapest I could find. Flying january 23 from ARN via Helsinki to BKK.

Depends what you mean by cheap. This time last year you could easily get a flight to BKK for under £350 (as I happily did twice). At the moment there if nothing near as cheap as this for me and Im prepared to travel whenever, from whatever airport for however long is neccesary to get the cheap fare.
I dont know if the rising fuel costs are responsible for the higher fares this year combined with increased interest in Thailand as it recovers from the tsunami nightmare of last year or if the problem is the airlines artificially pushing prices up. My feeling is that the airlines are taking the p*ss a little more than normal this year.
