I have been read quite a few posts now. I thank you all for you valuable information.
One thing I did notice is a definite age gap, I feel slightly younger than most posters. I recently read a long thread about the dangers of drugs in Thailand. Everyone was livid, ìstay away, they are bad!î the masses, wrote. Being young and a veteran smoker myself, I really didnít anticipate much issue with smoking or obtaining. Perhaps optimism, or perhaps just confident I wont get caught given that I have a skill set that includes smoking ìless than dank friendly placesî.

I recently read another thread, talking ëbout muff diving. Does anyone worry about the safety of muff diving? I mean seriously, this was my realization or age gap. I am not worried about buying drugs / taking drugs / being drug / being mugged, however, I am certainly worried about the risk of catching a disease. I would worry about the cleanliness of any female that would swap body fluids with myself, based on the thought that if she did it with me she would do it with anyone.
OkayÖ not really a good point but whateverÖ.
At least this was somewhat of social perspectives exercise. Interesting to see what two different generations consider dangerous.

Eating pussy is just about risk free from a HIV point of view.
On the other hand, there are other STDs.
However experience indicates that these are very rare here.
Overall about the only danger you are in from muff diving in Thailand is finding yourself with a stinky muff instead of the usual sweet smelling variety. This is not prevalent but is a lot more possible than an STD by this route.
BTW do you know why WIllie Nelson's beard is brown?

Let me be the first to say (let's hope not the last) that you have presented what I think is a potentially controversial issue in a very calm, reasonable and courteous way - without pointing any fingers, moralizing, or insulting anyone.
I'm fairly sure that there will be some who share your point of veiw but I suspect they will be in the minority. Nonetheless, as I said before I like the way you stated your feelings.
As for myself, I normally veiw my sexual habits as personal particularly when it is concerning a matter in which the (slight) risk is technically only to myself (unlike unprotected f_cking where I can be passing the danger on).
But to prove I'm not ducking the issue I will say, I certainly don't do it every time but I have been known to enjoy being the giver in oral sex Ý Ý; I am selective about the perceived health/cleanliness of a girl I have sex with and try to choose the right ones but we all know that there is no way to be sure and; to be honest... if I don't go down on a girl it has more to do with a lack of chemistry than anything else.
PS: To be fair, I have to admit I don't go with strange ladies much these days but my attitude hasn't really changed since the time when I did - a lot.

Other than STD and HIV, you should also worry about hepetites B and C (and A too, but type A is curable).

You should have mentioned the biochem background sooner; I would have empathized with you more! Ý
I imagine it would be a little difficult to do a lot of things from that point of veiw, especially given what you know.
In any case I believe knowledge is inherently a good thing and your post is as you say; "food for thought".
On the other hand we should also warn people about the dangers of alcohol, tobacco and driving under the influence, often known to be associated with nightlife.
