It's happening to me. I sweat alot and I'm pretty hairy. Yet I shower 3x/day and have tried Dove and Right Guard and I still get this nasty armpit BO. Many times it smells like what I just ate. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try shaving ur pitts. I don't do it, but I know friends who do it. They tell me that it cuts down on sweat/odor. -SM *EDIT* Try switching to a stronger anti-perspirant like Mitchum.

Shave your pits - it's the easiest solution. It cuts down on sweating, and it makes you feel cooler as well. Dr. von Quack!

I just did, along with my balls. I also just read that red meat, white flour, and fatty foods causes this. I eat them all.

Riceman, on my last 6 month "hardship posting" in LOS, I noticed my body odor changed for the better after just a couple of weeks there. Main reason, my diet shifted to Thai fare, and so did the odor. Easier on the olfactories. I find shaving the ol' cajones helps, and I trim short, but don't completely shave, the arm pits. That helps too. I've tried using stronger deodorants, but that eventually leads to rashes. I've also tried switching deordorants randomly, and for some reason, that helps too. Maybe it confuses the bacteria?? Anyway, YMMV... but in the war against BO, no holds are barred! - Balls

The best remedy, for me. is to use a natural product. I have no idea what it's called in English (In Thai Sahm Som) but it's a mineral stone. You can buy it either as a chunk or as a stick (just like deodorant). Very inexpensive and it works usually for the whole day. It is my opinion that garlic and peppers contribute to your odor.

DL, Agree about the garlic. Had a Korean g/f for many years. They are big on the garlic. I love garlic, but could smell the stuff oozing out of our pores, lungs, etc. On the other hand, eating her pussy was an interesting experience, lol! - Balls

I started using women's anti-perspirants a few years ago when I started getting skin rashes from most of the ones available for men. Then I realized that most of them worked quite a bit better than the average male designated product lines. Check out Secret "Sheer Dry", the invisible solid stick (the liquid roll-ons don't seem to work nearly as well). The "baby powder" scented one is my current fave. An added bonus is that the baby powder scent comes out as you get heated up. I'd rather smell like baby powder than a cheap cologne (which most male deodorants smell like imho).
