I'm glad to see this subject come up. This morning, I was thinking of a past experience I wanted others to opine about. It's not exactly like your post, Bingo629, but is also cock-health related.

So it does happen and it is considered broken just not in the same sense as bones are broken. In medical records of a person it happens to it will be listed as either broken or fractured penis.
