I had an accident i Pattaya. Had to get a few stitches in my hand. The next day I came back for dressing it it was another 150 bath, the day after they charged 75 bath. Day number 3 they wanted 600 bath for the same job. Is this a normal way i Thailand, or was I only unlucky when I picked the hospital. I know that in smaller places We are treated in the same way as Thai people, and also pay the sam eprice for treatment.
Wat upsets me is not the price itself, but that it changed from day, to day. It was like the mood of the hospital people was the factot that se the price, not the actual treatment.

The different rates on different days is probably because you were treated by different doctors . The first day you may have been treated by a doctor in the Emergency room . These are the newer and less experienced doctors and their fees are lower . On the other days you may have been treated by some specialist and his fees would have been higher . If you have the Bill the details would be on that and you would be able to see what you have been charged for .
This same thing happened to me at a Hospital in Bangkok - but I refused to pay the higher rate on day 2 . They gave me the argument that the day 2 doctor was a specialist whereas the day 1 doctor was an intern . I told them if an intern could treat me on day 1 when the problem was most severe then why do I need a specialist on day 2 when the greater part of the problem was already taken care of ? I also asked the Head Nurse if she would agree to pay a higher rate in a Restaurant just because the Chef had cooked her dish that day whereas his assistant had cooked her dish the previous day .
They charged me the lower day 1 rate on all days thereafter .

It's up to motherf_ckers in clinics and hospitals how to charge...when they see farang,the only thing they want it's money.They will give you unnecesarry injections and medicine just to blow the price...welcome to Thailand...welcome to the place when they f_ck you,but smile...

Charges depend on the service, if it is emergency, a nurse job or doctor consultation. Like everywhere in the world I would say.
You can imagine they first charged you emergency, then only dressing by a nurse, then you met a doctor to check there is no complications and you are clean to go.
As for overcharging, please keep the amounts in mind : total 825 baths for 3 interventions. How much would it cost in your country ?
I have sevaral time been charged $100 by a specialist for a 10 min interview concluding I have to take the same pills as usual.
Also bear in mind the hospitals are subsidised by tax payers money. Are you a resident paying taxes in Thailand ? If not it is not shocking to pay higher than the locals.
As for "when they see farang,the only thing they want it's money" : well it depends on the farang, you usually get what you deserve for your attitude.

You are absolutely right about prices in Thailand being a lot lower than in the west. Those 3 interventions are about 20 US$ or 17 Euro. That is an average of 6,60 US$ or 5,60 Euro per treatment. Seems pretty low to me.
Also why whine about this and pay gladly 3k baht for a massage with sex.
Just my 2 baht's.

I normally go to this little clinic for basic cough, colds,flu, etc. I normally pay 500-600B, thought it was cheap. And one day, the doctor asks, do you speak Thai? I said "sure!". And we chatted for a while in Thai. He said, in that case, I will give you the local's rate.

Well, the last time I was there, I had already paid 700 B for medicine and a jab. The next day, I went for the 2nd jab, and I asked for some cough mixture... and when I went to the counter to pay, the girl said, no charge (after that chat with the doctor). So, I guess it could be about 30-40% less.
