I tried V a couple of times. And I believe now the stories that if you do not really need it better not to use it.
Somehow my member became bigger in diameter. And it felt .... I dont know how to explain ...Like .. as it wanted to get bigger but there was not enough skin to allow for more. It even kinda hurt a bit...as if the skin was stretched to the limit.
Yes, it stayed hard once done. But not for too long. It slowly came down...over say 20 minutes. But stayed bigger than during normal resting times. And yes, I believe it makes it harder to come, specially for the second round.

My personal experience with Viagra (& Penagra) :
I got a stiff dick within 15 minutes of taking any of these medications (not the widely accepted 1 hour) .
The dick remained stiff even after one (screw) shot & it became something of an embarrassment trying to subdue the dick.
There were absolutely no after effects.

My experience with the generics (Penagra, Kemagra, Enagra) has been that they work just as well, but the side effects are more severe. For me, the side effects have been light headedness and heartburn. Note that the side effects have varied, with Enagra being the worst.
The effect is to promote erection; it DOES NOT make you cum more, or more often, or even make you horny. If you are using it recreationally, the best use is probably either for when too tired or drunk, or when you already have something big, like 3 girls, lined up.
DON'T take it before going on the prowl, you'll end up with persistant, embarassing woodies. 
And if you're all worn out and can't cum no more, don't count on it to help, you'll just end up with a hard gun, but no ammo.

The active ingredient in V, P etc is sildenafil citrate. This acts by inhibiting (not preventing altogether) production of an enzyme called PDE5. So far as I understand it, PDE5 breaks down another enzyme called cGMP which is produced as a result of sexual excitement & is directly responsible for causing & maintaining an erection. PDE5 is necessary (or we'd all have permanent erections!), but as part of the ageing process, we tend gradually to produce more of it - degrading that all-important cGMP more quickly.
So the Q really is how much of this PDE5 inhibitor do you need? In most cases (ie, guys who have just started to notice problems, or could use a little boost), I think the answer is not very much at all - their cGMP/PDE5 imbalance is actually very minor. Taking a full tab (100mg) then acts as overkill, leading to abnormally slow breakdown of cGMP & making it very difficult to lose an erection (believe me, you CAN have too much of a good thing). PDE5 has other functions as well, which is why over-suppressing it causes side effects like headaches & nasal congestion.
I think even 50mg (half a tab) is probably too much for many people, who could probably by get by with 25mg quite easily. There's no point in taking more than you need, as the physiological problem sildenafil addresses is highly specific and the 'aphrodisiac' effect is zero.

Interesting stuff guys, i really dont need V to get hard but am interested in anything that makes me extra horny...... i know i know, perving on the gogo girls is good, but even this effect wears off after a while. I donīt have a medical probloem but did need some compensation on one of my 3 week trips, for too much sex, too much beer and the occational star fish.
I bought 100 mg viagra and split it 4 ways. It worked very well. I didnīt experience side effects ,except problems getting it down afterwards. So i could probably have split it 5 or 6 ways.
But donīt take a girl short time. You will regret it.
