Appaently, too many are taking this a bit too seriously - thanks for some of the stabs of clarity, there, FM.
This is actually part of 100 other tips, the majority of which are not so bad ('eat leafy vegetables', etc...) - I just found the slant of No. 85 to be typical for our guilt-driven society...
Yes, as FM points out, there's views that married people live longer, and happier lives -- but I guess that really just applies to happier, and stable relationships, if they are in them.
It's the stuff between the lines that counts.

Hzink, I know your post wasn't that serious.  I was just doing my public service and letting people who might have taken it way to seriously to NOT take it way too seriously. Afterall, I like keeping my fellow males single and in the play. 
We french are known for helping people out (good semeritan) even when they don't need it.
