A serious red flag? What kind of bullsh_t is that? Just a professional accident.... Don't pressure her... she might even pay the doctor for an 'OK' certificate.
It's mainly (if not solely) your problem... take a check up if you're worried for yourself or your poor wife sitting at home with the kids....

you might not think that it's that serious, but none-the-less, it's a red flag in my book.
yeah, she's a prostitute, but if she does not care about her own health then I'd be pretty concerned.
So, her not wanting to take a test just indicates that maybe there is more to worry about then what she is saying. since she supposibly get's tested often. Whatever that means.
as for the problem being only one persons, I think it's both persons problems.
If she's got something, then it's all her clients business since she might spread something. and "if" she does have something then she needs to get the problem taken care of. I would call that professional courtesy.
If she does not get checked and continues to work and pretending all is well and possible infect other customers is in my book irresponsible. Which goes the same for a guy who put himself at risk but ignores everything and continues on as business as usual an could infect other unknowing females.
if anyone decides to p4p then at least be responsible and adult about it.
