Actually, the risk increases more with whom you have sex with, and what kind of sex, than with the type of condom usage. Here's a chart:

How to use this chart:
Take the items from the different columns and multiply times each that applies, this gives the amount of risk versus your baseline group, eg, other heterosexual males. This is why the numbers for homosexual acts are lower, since they are already defined as a higher risk.
