Here a serious answer:
If not too much advanced you can take clomid pills which will keep the test from converting into estrogen which causes these "bitch tits". Also try proviron and there are some other pills that bodybuilders frequently take for that condition. Check the anabolex forum for more info.
If pills dont help you will need operation whereby they cut out the tissue. No other possibilities....

Taking anabolic steroids like testosterone for "medical reasons" is something that should be monitored closely by a quailified physician. You have obviously been taking too much for your body to handle and it has converted the excess testosterone to estrogen in turn giving you these unpleasant and possibly permanent side effects.
Taking somthing like nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) 40mg/day for 2 months may help in the early stages, if you see it helping continue the treatment until the lumps subside.
You could also try Femara (letrozole) but this drug is much harsher on cholesterol levels and lipid profiles.
Both of these will surpress the estrogen levels in your body which is what gave you the "bitch tits" or gynecomastia.
I would not do either of these on your own however. Go see your doctor and make sure he/she is a good one.....if its too far along then no drugs will help. Your only solution will be to cut it out.
Did you doctor not warn you about this??? Or did you decide to take steroids on your own?

If u have free hospital at home I suggest you go home and "fix" the problem. You need to sleep on a board for 2 weeks and it will cost you some money do to the op. When you take them out it look like to eggs my friend have them save in a glass box
