i picked up ghonorea earlier this year,got flamed on here for self doctoring,but I was with the wife in Patty
when I woke up with toothpaste coming out of my friend.

actually believe it or not you can catch stds other ways than sex! of course its not sexually transmitted
but its still diseases on your sexual organs!

this is what I suggest you do...
soon as you know you have something which will be a matter of hours! in most cases.. you go straight to the doctor!!! get a shot and get on oral medication!
tell the doctor you will need shots everyday becuase you need to wip this out ASAP. do not have sex with your wife for atleast 1 week!
now of course depending on how serious your td is
might need to refrain from sex for 3 days 10 days
but its not a problem.. catch something
straight to the doctor and just avoid sex! and get treated ASAp and you will be sweet!!
make some good excuses to the wife!

If you do get a STD then get it treated. I woke up one morning with a sticky discharge coming out of my penis and when I pissed it felt like I was pissing razor blades.
I went straight to Pattaya Hospital on Soi 4. Told reception I need to see a doctor. Few minutes later I was called by a nurse who did blood pressure, weight tests etc. Few minutes later went in to see the Doctor. She said sounds like Gonorrhea. I was then sent to see a technician who took a swab from the sticky discharge and a urine sample.
About 10 or 15 minutes later called into Doctor for results. She said it is Gonorrhea so I need a Penicillin injection. But she said she will also treat me for Chlamydia because they often go together. Anyway I went off with a nurse who injected me in the ass and gave me a single dose of 4 antibiotic pills for the Chlamydia.
The total cost was about $40 US which I paid cash. They gave me an itemised bill to claim from my health insurance. It took 50 minutes from walking into the hospital to walking out. After about 48 sensation of pissing razor blades was completely gone and $40 was cheap to be able to piss again without gritting my teeth.
But heres the important thing:
It was inexpensive, quick and hassle free to get it treated. But if you don't get it treated a man may have Chlamydia without any symptoms. He can then pass it on to his female partner who may not have symptoms for months before developing Pelvic Inflammatory Disease which can lead to horrendous problems and even death.
Same is true for Gonorrhea. Most females do not get symptoms but much later on become seriuosly ill. They may even re-infect you.
If you get it - get it treated by a Doctor. And wear a condom so you don't get it in the first place. Pissing razor blades will really spoil your holiday.
