I am the OP.
I went back two times and finally caught the old lady who owns the place. At least I think she is the owner as she acted like it.
Anyway she was very obstinate and uncompromising. My last offer was two tabs in exchage for my 4 bad tabs. I did not want any money.
She refused saying she did not think I bought them there and that she has never had any problems with fake medicine.
I threw the 4 tabs [gently] on the counter and walked out.
In retrospect I sure hope she did not sell them again.
If you look closely, you can see the roughness of the suface of these tabs in comparison to the real ones from a sealed pack of 4.
This is the small Pharmacy on the left just past Suk Soi 7 walking up from Soi 5. Long thin store with glass counter on the right and a desk in the back.
The money is not what pisses me off. It was the two poor performance sessions [I use a half tablet = 50gm] with my favorite TTM girls that hurts. My time is valuable to me and I love my weekly 2 hours with delicious lovely hot Thai girls.

I bought some Xanax from this same pharmacy and took one just before a long haul flight, they did nothing. On my return I took them back and received much the same response, total disinterest.

recently had a discussion with a doc from BNH hospital and he said that Bangkok doctors are told by police that up to 90% of Viagra and other such drugs sold in drugstores are FAKE.....WOW.
heard that Foodland "might" be the real thing....,VIAGRA costs 600 baht per pill there. BNH is about 1000 baht per pill.........
