Buy a new pack of condoms of course  .
NEVER take antibiotics unless recommended by your doctor. HS is correct in that taking antibiotics when it is not necessary is one of the primary reasons that super-bugs are appearing in the world these days. The other reason not taking the correct cycle (time and number) of antibiotics for the disease being treated.
And this goes double for cipro. This is considered a 'last resort' antibiotic as it could make any other antibiotics useless after you use it...

Zithromax is used to treat infections in different parts of the body caused by bacteria. It is commonly used to treat Chlamydia. Less commonly for Gon.
If you have Chlamydia and you start "pissing razor blades" you'll know you have an infection - trust me, you will know.
In Oz it is a "reportable disease" which means the doctor is required to send a report to the Health Department about how you obtained the disease etc.
Wait for symptoms and then get treatment. Silly to do otherwise. I mean you aren't going to take a course of radiation or chemo therapy in advance to help prevent cancer are you? Relax and don’t worry about it…nothing you can do now….and it will probably happen again anyway.

ID Millenium lube. Have yet to have a single broken condom -unfortunately have had a few girls pull some off, without stupid caught up in the moment me stopping to put on another- and I use some of the thinnest ones available in the world.
