Some people are really sensitive to caffeine and the effects of caffeine can last well into the night. Caffeine is in many products one may not be aware of, soft drinks for example.
I limit my Coffee consumption to breakfast only.

Although my Mom was not always entertained by these antics. One time on a cruise my Dad fell asleep at the show. My Mum left him there after the show loudly cutting zzzZZZZZZZZZ's.

I found that listening to this guys lectures always puts me to sleep. The topic (Dark Matter,Dark Energy: The Dark Side of the Universe) is actually very interesting, but it's just his voice I guess.

what ever you do DO NOT TAKE ambien.
My journey with my 'candy' started around 13 years ago...... once you start, it is a real bitch to get off the stuff. It is a benzo, much like Xanax or valium...... except your Gaba receptors get hooked on the feeling..... started with 10 mg's a night, now 10 mg's dopesn't put a dent in me.... thats also part of the problem.... tolerance. remember when a couple of beers was all it took?
and when you travel a lot and need to sleep, it is SOOOOOO easy to take my little candy.
If you need to sleep, take NyQuil.....boom boom out go the lights.

That foolish people habitually do foolish things is a given.
Even sensible people occasionally do foolish things.
In either case it is surely a matter for regret.
To find in either something of "beauty"suggests a lack of compassion for human weakness to which all of us are susceptible at one time or another.
Not to have compassion is a serious character fault.
