Guys guys ... there was more to it. There was some chili that had to be sprinkled inside the avocado after removing the nut (of the avocado that is). The hole left by the nut had to be big enough to accomodate both balls inside.

This is an old Mexican Itch Remover Receipe (Dip also)
6 ripe avacados finely purried
1 medium onion finely chopped
2/3 green chiles chopped
1/4 chopped cilantro stalks
1 tsp. salt
2 medium tomatoes diced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix everything together referigeriate. Apply green guacamole liberally to ball and groin area prior to sleep. Leave on all night. By morning the rash will be gone.
If any guacamole is left over eat with tortilla chips

If the girl had a yeast infection, you could get infected and mistaken it for jock itch. Do a search on yeast infection and jock itch for more details. Genital herpes is sometimes also mistaken for jock itch also, although actually most of the infected show no symptoms.
Go see another doctor or your dermatologist after doing a little online research to communicate better with him.
