hey no problemo. both are in capsule form and they have slightly different qualities. the pria perkasa seems to be for older guys to boost energy and cure back aches as it says on the box. I threw the leaflets away but I am sure if you email or call the contact, he will help you out with more infromation. I can safely say that I stay much fresher all day now and feel much younger. as far as sex goes, I get stronger sensations down below than before and I am on some kind of high during sex  with cialisis sex is kind of clinical. you get hard but that's about it. this herb seems to let you feel more aroused and I think its all in the improvement in blood circulation.

anybody got experience with PENEGRA. Is this stuff real or just rip off. Bought a four pack at KS pharamcy for 300 baht. Tried it. No side effect like the blue pill (red face for a awhile but a stiff one in 30 minutes lasting a day). Doesnt seem to have the effect as the real deal.

Click back a few pages in this thread. I tried a few times on my last 2 trips to BKK. Only side effect I felt was minor, a warm and flush sensation in face. Definitely worked when aroused, never experienced a never-ending tent pole though. Also tried Caverta once last trip. Similar side effect, similar results as Penegra. Believe other mongers prefer Caverta for its cum-control / cum-delay properties.
