Yes, I know I believe I mentioned once about the proliferation of posts on the board and the lack of substance in some of them.
However compared to some of the folks lately yours are positively overflowing with information. I have seen some posts recently with just a smiley face? Talk about getting your numbers up!
BK there should be a content minimum - just kidding.

Perhaps a minimum of 2 sentences. Sometimes, it is difficult. I was quite annoyed once when one chap used to ask a question and then post a thank you after each answer. Sure, it is good to be courteous, but it was just overdoing it.

Wow. I never imagined anyone would actually care about the number of posts enough to find reasons to post to increase the numbers -- which is why I never imagined someone would think that of me. I make posts that I fear are too long. Once or twice someone has posted something to which I had nothing to add but I really appreciated; I get tired of "LOL" so I just posted the smile to show that I was amused. I thought it was a nice understatement. 
I enjoy contributing to this board and I like the board very much; but with all due respect I do Ýnot consider my participation as some sort of achievement. I admit I'm glad that people know I'm not new but other than that, the numbers make no difference to me whatsoever.
BK you have my permission to put me back at zero. Seriously. And I will never go under the 2 sentence limit again. Ý

How about instead of the word deep, we use sensitive?? ha ha ha ha!! And I think that your posted adventures are like a book and more then make up for being over the 1,000 post mark!!

Use a key word filter. If the members use more then 20 words in a post, with a thank you then their post numbers increase by one. If they don't use a thank you then no number increase, and if they use less then 20, then a message of "404 Error" will show up!! ha ha ha ha!!

I agree with your assestment on why members should post on this board. It's to contributing and not achieve. And if your posts are long, then I guess I am also guilty of the same since mine also tend to be drawn out at times!! ha ha ha ha!! And .. aren't we the diplomats on the board. Doesn't that entitle us to some embellishment and long posts?? ha ha ha!!
