Yes,your right there with Calverject,I also used a simular product made by a "mens health center" a few times about a year ago. One time after injecting just a little to much,I spent one hour with a girl then I walked into town and back,[one hour each way]and I still had a solid hard erection which started to become painfull. It did deflate eventually after three and a half hours.

The active ingredient in Caverject is Alprostadil. Its naturally occouring form is called prostaglandin E1. I believe it is just a vaso-dialator. It sure does work, though. I know what it is like to try to walk afterward, when it hasn't worn off yet. It is quite difficult to tuck it in your pants and walk normally. Its like getting called on to go in front of class in JR high when you cant control your boners. Bring a newspaper to cover yourself on the walk home. 
Would anyone know if Caverject is available in BKK? Or can somebody who is there take a look the next time they are in the Pharmacy? I would appreciate the info.

There is a small start-up company, NexMed that makes a product called Befar. They have a patented applicator process that does away with the needles in the dick.
The product, Befar is already available in China and Hong Kong and use the same active ingredient that Caverject uses, Alprostadil. I guess Chineese walking around with a hard-on is not a problem.

This product definetely works and has a very high efficacy rating. The one down side is that it must be kept cold and be shipped refrigerated. The compound will only last 72 hours at room temperature and will be destroyed at higher temps.
Apparently NextMed needs an injection of their own, (of cash) and have been getting it. This is one product unlike (Viagara, Cilalis and others) that do not require for you to be in the mood. Regarding dosages:
I read one of the original Viagra clinical studies, where they used various dosages to find the optimum. They were actaully giving up to 800 mg of the stuff per day, and no one died. Can't imagine the headache. Anyway, safer to start with 50 mg, up to 100 mg max per day, as there will be some residual in your system the next day, and, mansaturday, sounds like you will be taking it everyday.
Regarding the injectible stuff, if you have a boner for more than 4 hours, it can cause permanent vascular damage (i.e., leading to impotence), so use with care. Priapism is considered a serious medical problem and requires counter measures from a doctor.

More is not always better on V. 50 works very well, 100 does not seem to work at all. Can't explain it. But there are so many factors especially food and alcohol that determines it's effectivness.

A lot depends on body weight, and with big V, if you have eating or been drinking.

ManSat... you might want to read the Penegra thread. It contains a lot of solid info about Viagra, Cialis, etc in addition to Penegra. My personal experience with "continuing under the influence" is that there are no dire consequences.... soreness, mainly (more the following day than immediately).
I've also had complaints from my partners, but I guess that wasn't your question.

My experience with Viagra is maybe feeling a sense of extreme warmth over my entire body but nothing to say I'M GOING TO DIE !! Let's be sensible - I can keep my dick hard for about 3 hours and come about twice-three times. But, I also have a problem shooting my load in a reasonable time. My first load comes after an hour or more of serious f_cking- all on a 50 mg dose !!!!!!!!! Hope this helps !
